Stay was pleasant. Property is centrally located and easily accessible to all tourist attractions. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Counter Staff & manager very courteous. Allowed early check in with no additional charges. No negativity found.... I do recommend Advaitha Residency.

Stayed here for 02 nights with my family during pongal. Rooms are spic and span, service was good, staff were too polite and hospitable. Since we travelled from Chennai, they allowed us a early check in without charging any additional amount and the manager allowed us to check out late as we had our train by noon. I definitely recommend Advaitha Residency.

Advaitha is just half a k.m. from railway station. Rooms are very clean and we had a very comfortable hotel stay. staff members are extremely kind and helpful. Palace, City Market, zoo are very close to the hotel. I would certain recommend this hotel.

Located in a safe and nice street in city center, close to market and restaurant, 30 minutes walk to palace. We stayed in a family room which was specious, very comfortable and clean and had good shower and ac. Mr. Sharma the front desk manager and the other staff members were friendly, helpful and kind . There is a great local restaurant near reception. Recommend!!

Well i had booked rooms for my clients during Christmas. Desk staff Mr punith & specially manager Mr sandeep sharma were very humble and kind.The hospitality was great. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple.The rooms were comfortable and all the basic amenities were present. My clients were too happy with my choice of hotel. Will recommend it to anyone who wishes to travel to Mysore.

The Deluxe room has no air con and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. They have car parking for limited cars so if you come later on weekends you might have to park your vehicle on small roads. The restaurant is not good here but there are many places nearby for food. Recommended to stay for a night at a budget friendly price.

Rooms are a bit small.. especially the bathroom.. but overall very hygienic and all basic amenities are provided.. there's enough parking space as well and the palace is at walkable distance.. but the person at reception confidently told that there's no light and sound show in palace and we had to change our plans after believing him.. but actually it was there and he probably didn't know about it..
